Wow, check-in was a tad different! But all went well. The trip was very emotional, and full of love and tears. I am so glad we could all attend to say good bye to our dear Uncle Jim. We met up with Jillian at the airport and drove to Tacoma to pick Robert up from the train. As we headed out to Hoodsport I was thinking...this is interesting, I haven't had my children in the car.....all four of us together like this for...years!! They are grown, in school..20 and 23. There we were, just like years ago, all together as a family. It was a nice moment.
I checked in and was immediately asked to help a mare out of Texas. They had a QT spot arranged, and people interested in helping get this sweet mare , in foal, off the lot. So, not home 45 minutes and I was back to it. It all went very well, Thanks to Tirzah and Heather..new rescue warriors for PMR, and the mare is now safe. She will do 30 days of QT in Texas.
When I receive pictures of her, I will post and share. I believe we will be calling her Pix as her papered name is "Paint a New Picture"..anybody want to look up her lineage? She is out of Texas..She looks Quarter horse to me.
