Here's this weeks info from Denna:
We received more sandbags. Could still use more filled. Mary Locke posted in the PMR Volunteer Group on Facebook with details on how to do that.
Still seeking help with creating solid trenches & help with erosion control for future rains. With the weather as it is...we have a gift to handle some of these issues to set us up right.
We have Jove on the property...Beautiful thoroughbred some of you know. He is settling in well. We have Jazz that arrived...sweet Roan Pony. She is needing rehoming due to owner surrender. We are still currently evaluating her & have found her to be a real sweetheart.
We have a confirmation that Astrid IS pregnant! I will be moving her to a boarded stall...this will ensure her & baby's safety for when the time comes.
Willow's adopter came out & confirmed she will take Willow next Sunday, the 18th. Due to Nancy's surgery, she was unable to take her home today.
Once again, haha...I will be moving horses around. With some new additions, we have different energies & attitudes. Please bear with me while I work out these details. It will take me time to observe to see if their stall placements will help bring some harmony to all the horses.
Shavings!!!! If any volunteers would like to donate some shavings, it would be so helpful. I put our last bag in today & shared it among 4 stalls...
Anyway, I think that's it for now.
Thank you everyone for all your help!!!!
