Tom Batley and Emma Padalino were on horse duty keeping everyone safe, the horses watered and happy.Emma actually was everwhere, again whatever I needed! Tom stayed late waiting for JoAnn Hall to arrive to pick up the last 2 horses waiting to leave the showgrounds! JoAnn Hall did all the hauling, and these horses came from as far away as Hollister & Casa De Fruitta! Mentioning horses, Becky Theilbar stayed behind at the ranch to tend to our sick filly Cupid who had an important vet visit...then arrived and worked the country store! This gave Debra Seltzer and Ari some much needed assistance as Debra was manning the tables all alone!
Chris Bigford was fantastic! (Im going to see him when I can relax at the end of the month!) What a talent! We are so grateful for his donated time, his wonderful misic, amazing voice. I kept hearing songs I loved and wanted to run to go listen closer! Thank you Chris & Suzie Menzies !!
Nancy Cole has been an enormous support from the beggining until the very very end. She and I were mopping floors and vaccuuming at days end. Her summit riders did an awesome job at the gate, and again where anyone was needed! Thanks Gals!
Sheriff's posse did such a good job, I wasn't aware there was a BBQ problem! I also heard comments saying the tri tip was cooked to perfection!!
Denna Stone, thank you for all the help! I saw you early this am again out at the ranch with Athena feeding the gang.
To pull off an event like this while caring for 20 plus horses is a pretty big deal. PMR is extremely blessed to have the most amazing, didicated, talented team of volunteers.
Mary Sullivan-White put in a very long weekend on behalf of the SCCHA. Thank you Mary!
One important last thought ~ Big thanks to my wonderful husband Dave, making picture frames and easels, loading and unloading the cars. This morning I awake to my car completely unloaded and ready for the day. I have the best husband in the world. I have the best volunteers in the universe!!
