Every year thousands of healthy horses, including pregnant mares or new mothers and their foals, are sent to slaughterhouses. Our goal is to save as many as we can from abuse, neglect and a trip to the slaughterhouse. Our intent to gentle the mares, gentle the foals, and prepare them for new loving homes. We simply cannot do this important lifesaving work with out you. Each and every dollar donated goes towards rescuing and caring for the horses. If you earmark your donation for a specific horse or one of our projects, we will make sure you get a full report of how your dollars were used.
