And...We begin. This is an very important campaign for the organization. We rely on the generosity of our donors to keep us working and the doors open. We can't save lives without your help. Our goal is to raise approximately $2000 in monthly pledges to sustain our work through 2021.
We hope you can help us out. Even $10 a month makes a huge difference in the big picture. By relying on a set budget we can better plan for our future expeditures. Donations are our only source of income. As we move forward, we are preparing to write grants, but compiling the database takes time. We finally have the bandwidth to do it. We are also looking into moving our domain name hosting and web-hosting to a new company. We did discover that GoDaddy was created and previously owned by a big game canned trophy hunter. The company has since been sold, but none the less...there are better options out there. Please take a moment to check out the Love Campaign. Then share it with someone you love :) There are great rewards to joining us as we head in to the new year! Many Thanks!

Piper (above) and her beautiful Filly SailorMoon are heading to Colorado. They have a great home awaiting. Very excited for them both! Last February in 2020, (Above left) Sno with baby Phoenix on kill lot, (Middle) Baby Phoenix , we luv those eye lashes! & (far right) brand new 2021 edition, Baby Trinity! Phoenix is a yearling now, and below right is his 2 year old sister! There she stood, seperated from mom, confused, and scared... Poor Big sissy Twilight. Adrianne couldn't leave her behind, and so the whole thrown-away family was pulled and saved. I'll get updated pics to share, but I have a family of 4...they need homes :) Little loves. MOre soon!
Today PMR pauses to honor a woman taken from this earthly plain too soon. Alyssa Brown passed away, losing her battle with cancer. She was only 34 years old. Alyssa loved horses and we believe she is dancing with them now. We honor her memory, her love of the beloved sentient beings we know horses to be and feel that she will continue to share our vision of peace for them in the future. God Bless Alyssa.
Life changes and events occur and sometimes horses have to come back. We went to Castroville yesterday to reclaim Lovely Ari and her filly Nutmeg. They look fine, in good shape, but we had to pay back board owned to the facility. $980 later they are once again safe and sound.
Nutmeg is 17 months old now! Ill be snapping new pictures tomorrow! Both are avail. for adoption. thanks! ~ Lynn |
